<WFUD_Request>I have been umemployed since November 11, 2016, I applied for my unemployment and was denied because I quit due to psy discrimanation.  I had been with this company for 2 years and 9 months, they rehired a former employee and at her time of rehire is was brought back making 15.00 an hour, I was making 10.00 an hour.  we preformed the exact same job, when i approched the Vice President of the company he said he would talk to his brother the President of company, he said that my request for equal pay was not going to happen because Dante Thompson said no.  I resigned from my job because of this.  I have been denied my unemployment due to the fact that when i had my appeal it was stated that we were never promised equal pay.  but we two people preform the exact same job and work the same amount of hours a week, it would seem that equal pay should be paid, I have lost my car, and have been unable to provide food for my grandson that i have been in charge of since my daughter is a single mother and she is in the US Marine Corps, this is just not the way that people that have worked for most of their lives should be treated.  could someone please explain why this is right or allowed, I have not been able to find a job since leaving Caroila Christian Broadcasting and really at this time i do not know what i am going to do to live or provide for my grandson and myself. Could you explain how this is right for I have a hard time understanding this</WFUD_Request>
