In a like manner, the SC National Guard is a great asset so support the cyber mission in SC. We have SPAWAR, the Cyber Center of Excellence for the Navy in Charleston, which we can leverage to help train and support the mission. Building out a cyber unit in SC would also promote business growth and other supporting infrastructure not to mention propel us on the national stage for cyber efforts. v/R Scott Higgins
