Good morning,

I have contacted you before about my DSS case I have with my two babies, Emily Chaplin and Joseph Chaplin. I don't want to be selfish or unsympathetic to the flood victims. I know you are very busy helping them but I need justice. I want to make sure my case is being treated correctly and I don't feel that it is right now. We moved to North Caroline for a new start and beginning. And, we are doing very well. I love my children and miss VERY much! Please help us! We have done everything DSS has asked to do and then some. We both have lawyers and they are doing the best they can. Please contact me @ home 910-779-2582 and my mobile is 910-682-4046. 
All I want is justice and help. There is some wrong doing that needs to be acknowledge. My family deserves that much respect. And, I know Mrs. Haley you are a mother so you know what I am talking about when I say that my mother instinct tells me something isn't right. My babies are 3 and 5 years old and there names is Emily and Joseph (Jay) Chaplin and we have always been very close and now I can hardly see them or spend time with them. This is killing me! If you look at my file you will see I have not been charged with nothing and I have passed everything but yet I am being treated like a criminal. Now, my husband has a past but we moved to start over and he is doing great but they want to believe otherwise but he can prove it and has and continues to prove it every day. Joseph O. Chaplin III is my husband and he is a great man who works his butt off for his family. Look, all we want is our family back and move on from this unending nightmare that we can't seem to wake up from. Mrs. Haley I am sure you hear this all the time but please just look at my case...something isn't right, please. You are the only person I know that can help me get my family back or atleast get justice.
