I am a a United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran and I am completely heart broken and angered at the recent events in Chattanooga TN.. Four of my brothers in arms, that are highly trained in the use of firearms, were left defenseless as an assassin fired multiple rounds in their direction ultimately leading to their deaths..

I am confident if they were able to carry their own firearms for self defense the outcome would be completely different.

With the rise of Islamic extremism and ISIS all of our military members and their families are targets.

Which is why I am asking you push for legislation to allow these military personnel to carry firearms wit them.while on duty. They are highly trained individuals in the employment of such weapons and deserve to defend themselves just as they would overseas
