I am now raising his child that he had with my niece that he killed before he killed himself. I see that you are trying to address the problem of CDV & I applaud you for it. I wonder if a change of using the YOA would help. Bryan was arrested in 05 for Assault & Battery of a High & Aggravated Nature & the YOA was used. I agree with the YOA but maybe it should not be used in cases of a violent crime. That sends the wrong message to a young person. They think they won't have to pay for what they do. Please at least try to get the statistics on use of the YOA with violent crimes & those who go on to be violent after having that "get out of jail free card". Thank you!
