I emailed a while back about a man named Bryan Sweatt that killed 5 members of my family in Greenwood. I am now raising his child that he had with my niece that he killed before he killed himself. I see that you are trying to address the problem of CDV &amp I applaud you for it. I wonder if a change of using the YOA would help. Bryan was arrested in 05 for Assault &amp Battery of a High &amp Aggravated Nature &amp the YOA was used. I agree with the YOA but maybe it should not be used in cases of a violent crime. That sends the wrong message to a young person. They think they won't have to pay for what they do. Please at least try to get the statistics on use of the YOA with violent crimes &amp those who go on to be violent after having that "get out of jail free card". Thank you!
