everybody I sent letters to emails seems nobody cares so how can I get things corrected as all I want is to be treated fair just like everyone else

my attorney hoarce a jones killed himself in oct this year I called the judicial committee they told me who all to call I did they also said they wanted all the information that I could remember about my case .I sent it to them. I got 2 letters back today. said that I already filed complaints about judges and there was no new evidence so rule 20 applies. 
 they never told me anything about my case files in jones office nor anything about attorney who was supposed to have got my files in 2013 when jones lost his license. I never knew he lost his license. he just kept telling me we were going to court. the attorney who was to get my files never returned my call. 
 it seems to me that judicial committee never read my letter nor do they care. just like medicaide when I reported my brother for fraud when my mother died he filed false papers as he took her money and her insurance and put in his name my other brother told me that he did this and tried to get him to sign papers but he said he not getting in trouble. my mother owned 1 and 1/2 houses 25 acres . got 9k from a wreck she was in after she was on Medicaid my brother took that.
 now back to judge rogers she would not allow my uncles income taxes to be used deadman statue. but my brother could say things my uncle said and he even talked about my uncles income taxes said uncle would give him receipts and tell him he took it off him income taxes and he said he took it off his taxes also
 judge rogers also said that if I wanted anything on my mothers estate I had to go to court house and get it. I filed a demand for notice paid $5.00 for it . but judge rogers said brother did not have to send me anything. now why she change the laws for my two brothers and keep threating to put me in jail.was it because I filed against judge estridge and councle told her she could not hhear case seems it was taken out on me. as I had to sell my property to pay attorney when there was nothing in estate. 
  so where my court papers and who going to finish case as I paid jones in full. and I got no money to hire another attorney but that would do no good since I got no files.
  so what judicial commity do just throw my papers away just like lawyers dispilinary council did and fee dispute committee did. I asked for a full and accurate bill and I asked for the agreement I signed to be checked as it was not what I signed and no one will do anything about it this was against roger jellenik. 
I could tell you lots but just like everybody else I probably just wasting my time
