Thank you for removing that Battle Flag, but on another subject the US has passed laws that were based on race, the Chinese excultion act of the 1860's and that is just one glaring example of many, many more, I as a 55 yr old whose parents grew up in Mobile Alabama in the 40's,50's and 60's I was dismayed that you chose to say that very untrue statement, Americans know the ugly parts of our history, just remember the politians of the past in other countries who choose to ignore and/ or misrepresent the facts, remember Germany and Hitler, Italy and Mussolini, Cambodia and Pol Pot. Also I give you much credit in your rebuttal to the recent state of the union, yes it was very brave of you to include your party in the disfunction of our government, considering your base will now work to remove you from all future political aspirations. You are a first Generation immigrant, how do you want history to remember you? Don't be remembered like that other "guy" in Louisiana.
