Susan Miller has been teaching in South Carolina for 42 years.  She was in our shop the other day, and told us she was ready to retire. Susan is a great asset to the fine state of SC.  She has dedicated so much of time and energy into the community, I was hoping, maybe the State would recognize her for such service.  There is a great retreat center for ceramic artist in Tuscany.  Yes, outside of Florence Italy.  Does the State ever do really great things for people who have done really great stuff for the State?  Susan Miller might be a good one to start with.
