This might be a far stretch, but would the Governor consider declaring a special day January 12th for the National Title Game? I'm actually a Gamecock fan, yet my husband and oldest daughter cheer for Clemson. I live in Fountain Inn, SC and am a teacher in Greenville Co. Schools. I think it would be an awesome "State United" idea if we could declare a day off or at least a "Governor Pardoned" 2 hour delay on Jan. 12 following the game the night prior. We all will be watching the game. Please don't think I'm silly. We teachers do crazy things just for a jeans day. Thank you for listening. Sincerely- Lorraine H. Paxton
