Dear Governor, my name is Warren Hoover and i am a California resident. Back in the 1980s i obtained a South Carolina Driver's license (003664211) as i was working for a large Hotel in Columbia South Carolina. Please Governor i really need your help, I have been trying to resolve this matter for a while now without any positive results. In 1987 my SC driver's license was suspended  for an accident that en-volved no one but myself as i ended up in a ditch after one of my tires blew out. (Accident Case Number 07491HA,  No one was hurt. My license has been suspended for almost thirty years. A few weeks ago i was able to pay the $64.00 fine that suspended my license in 1987. After months of trying to resolve this matter i found out that i cannot clear my name and that the only person that could help me resolve this matter is Supervisor Mrs Sellers from the South Carolina Division Of Motor Vehicles  at 1800-545-3163. I spoke with Mrs Sellers and she made it impossible for me to clear my name. She had me call her back but I cannot reach her or anyone that can help me, this lady does not work on Monday's or Fridays, i cannot reach her for months now. My California Driver's license (C3227427) is going to be suspended on my birthday (December 30th,) Governor please help me as only you have the power to override this problem that could ruin my life, I Sincerely apologize for all the disaster that is happening in South Carolina and i am so sorry for all the trouble that i have caused your Great State, i live a clean life and i go running at the beach almost everyday now and i have no more trouble with Law En-forcment, you are the only person that can keep me free as if i get pulled over i may go to jail if i do not take care of this matter by December 30th of this year.
