Hello,
We are launching an regulatory compliant financing initiative to help prevent owner financing abuses and unfair practices in both NC and SC . The public announcement is Sept 10, 2016 In Raleigh  NC , I am inviting members of staff to attend, as well as the Governor to support the program which offers oversight and monitoring of contracts, re underwriting of inadequate insurance policies and refinancing or recasting of predatory contracts. The first phase is audit and remediation, followed  by processing new loans according to best practices in standard mortgage banking, and a servicing platform that continues the guidelines custom to the program. We are partnering with non profits, banks and insurance companies that help us streamline tne process in modifications.
