Request certificates of appreciation signed by you for warehouse personnel assigned to the Department of Veterans Affairs Operation New Hope program (established to help end homelessness amongst veterans).  The personnel listed below (most are veterans) maintain a large inventory of DOD surplus clothing used to support homeless veteran stand down events in South Carolina and throughout the country.  Your state has been one of our busiest in 2015, supporting stand downs in Charleston, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, and Spartanburg.  All shipments were delivered on time &amp distributed to homeless veterans in need.
