If tax is passed it should not be put in general funds, but go directly to repair and upgrading. We here in Charleston County need state Highway 41 widened yesterday. It is a matter of safety. There is no room for safety vehicles to access the communities at any time of day. You can not even pull off the road to allow access, it is so narrow. I am sure this is just one example. Please reform the way you are allocating the money. Please put only to roads. Not general fund where it gets lost. Thanks Kathy Van Valkenburgh
