My husband and I divorce in 1989. My husband left me to raise 3 kids by myself. I struggled for two years to get him in the courts. I finally did. Chris paid me direct for all of these years. Now 20 years later . the family court is sending him to court to see why he did not pay. I had a letter notarized to  prove he owed me nothing. I am 59 years old. Chris went to the court and they refused to dismiss this case without me ther.e .  I will not be a victim. I am not and my attorney told me I did not have to go. I cant have this reminder of stress back in my llife. I have called George Cornelius for a week and he will not call me back I am willing to sign a something with him. If the court summons me I will not go. They waITED 20 years and just now bringing this up.  Please have someone clear this up for us.  case number0204557e I can not believe the system would waste our courts for something so old.  Please  help
