My name is Brigitte B Sullivan. I relocated from New York to Greenville Sc to care for my ailing grandparents A.C and Loretta Sullivan and my grand aunt Elouise Clowney who were all in need of full time care.  On June 2 2006 I purchased my home at 118 Archdale Drive Mauldin Sc 29662. Being born in Greenville Memorial Hospital and visited my family there every summer. I look forward to moving back to Greenville Sc from NY. I purchase my home with 60000 dollars down which was more than 50 percent of the mortgage. While living in Sc I had an accident and became disable which led to me needing to do a modification on my home. Bank of America  pretended that they were going to work with me in saving my home while they were actual starting foreclosure proceeding without my knowledge. On Jan 18 2011 I was summoned to court and informed I was being evicted from my home and I should vacant the house or the sheriff would remove my personal property.Upon the death of my grandparent I decided to leave devastated along with my two children. On Sep 25 2014 I receive a disturbing call from a creditor who informed me that I was listed as the owner 118 Archdale Drive SC. To my surprise I was told that mortgage Company was Selected Portfolio Service I was told that they bought the mortgage Sep 2012 . They never contacted me because Bank of America never gave them my information supposedly. They informed that they would have worked with me to do a modification loan if they had react me in time. On Oct 6 2014 they are going to auction the home and there nothing me or anyone at do about this. I have never heard from them or receive any correspondence from them.
