Dear Governor Haley,

I wrote recently concerning the jobs of women in SC- specifically in relation to what is occurring with the midwives and birthing centers in our state. My email was forwarded to DHEC. At this time, no one has been able to address my questions on concerns regarding this issue. 

DHEC pursued "informing" me of what they were doing. I had educated myself prior to writing to you, so I was aware of what they addressed. They did not address any of the specifics in my correspondence. Neither did the correspondence from your staff. 

What are you, as the governor and as a woman doing to help protect and support the jobs of these women, and others in SC? Additionally, what are you doing to support and protect the freedom of families in the area of birthing options? Thank you again, for receiving this. Thank you for your time and service to the people of SC.
