I ask you to join this trend. There are 292,000 South Carolinians who won't gain access to Medicaid and are likely to remain uninsured, because of South Carolina's refusal to receive the expansion. My federal taxes are being used by other states to extend healthcare to their citizens. It is time to accept the federal aid, and drop the petulant attitude that is preventing our state from receiving help. Thank you.
