I recently chose a new Health Care Provider closer to my home.  I chose Colonial Family Health in Manning, SC.  My PCP was unavailable, I was seen by Lillian Stukes, PA.  I have COPD, Severe Chronic Depression and Glaucoma.  My main concern was to have my COPD medicines checked.  I was seen by Ms. Stukes on November 9, 2015.  She ordered a Chest X-Ray and a breathing test.  I went to Clarendon Memorial Hospital on November 13, 2015.  I realized I hadn't heard from the Doctor's office.  I began calling Colonial Family Health on December 30th.  Ms. Stukes called me back, I was on the phone with my Health Insurance Company so her message went into my voicemail.  I began calling her right after I heard the message.  As of this morning, January 4, 2016 I have not heard back from her.  This is unacceptable.
