     I would like to start by saying congratulations and Thank You for your service to our great state of South Carolina,you will be missed.Hello,my name is Charles T. McKay,I'm forty seven years old,married and have three children.I was a South Carolina state employee for almost seven years employed by The South Carolina Department of Education at my most recent job where I was employed as a school bus mechanic.In January of 2015 I sustained a severe shoulder injury at work that required surgery and I  was not able to return to my duties.The South Carolina Department of Education dismissed me on September the twenty fifth 2015.My family and I lost health care coverage and have not been able to regain any kind of coverage. I have now made a complete recovery and continue to apply for state employment.I have made it to a couple different interviews but cant seem to get rehired.Dear Madam Governor is there any way that you could assist me with this issue and do you have any advice for me to regain employment with the State of South Carolina Where I could continue my career.Thank You for your time
