In reference to the above Subject (Motor Vehicle Repair and Service), I'd like to know if the Governor ever signed this bill.  In 2013, it was turned over to the Committee on Transportation, but I don't see where, or if, the Governor ever signed this important bill for consumers.

Any information you have (or that's pending) on the status of the Bill would be welcomed by the citizenry.
