I completely understand the decision to issue a state of emergency yesterday to be ready ahead of the potential storm. I think the directive to "leave work or school by 5 pm" and "stay there" went too far for operational businesses. We operate a sterile core and need 24 hour coverage. Our policy allows our associates to not travel if they feel unsafe. We were put in an awkward position that required us to state we could not comply with this directive. I understand your responsibility for public institutions and/or public safety, but please be more careful of how broadly the circle is drawn for future events. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.
