My wife(who is wheel chair bound due to disability) and I just built a new home here in Lancaster, moving from Wisconsin.  Since our arrival we both have never felt so unwanted.  Public buildings don't have powered handicap access doorsgrocery stores don't have wheelchairs with baskets, to obtain a driver's license and I'd requires more than purchasing a $200,00 house.  No wonder this state is so poor, it makes newcomers feel unwelcome.  We are both wondering what we have gotten ourselves into.
