<WFUD_Request>Governor, December 24, 2010, my only child died in an automobile accident. Two days after his death, his daughter was born. She has been my greatest blessing. I've done everything for her that I've done for my son. Bought her mother a car cash, give her mother $250 a week for 6 months to sit home and watch her. She blew money. But I still bought all her clothes, diapers and other needs. Only thing she had to do was feed her. But when she runs out of food stamps, I go buy bags of groceries. I took care of her other daughter as well. Giving good Xmas and all. She would leave the child and not call or anything for weeks. I made a promise to a wise 3 year old at the time, granny would never leave her and I have not. Still to this day, she's five and I buy all her winter clothes, summer clothes and school clothes. She gets whatever she wants. I teach her how to spell, about the Bible and any questions she has for her dad. I was getting.her every 2 weeks up until 6/20/2016. Mother got mad cause she miss and call me mom. She knows who her mother is. The problem is, she has a new boyfriend and she's mad cause I'm not getting the other child.  My only responsibility is my grand baby. But I love the other child, but the mother tells her if I spank her for misbehaving, she'll call the police on me. I do for her and treat her like my grand daughter. I just want visitation with my grand daughter to remain how we had agreed. You can not make someone take care of a child who is not their sons child for your own personal gain. And you can't push someone away for a man they knew for only a year. She's my heart and all I have. We are so close til it's funny. Please make grandparents visitation rights better. I beg of you please. And soon. I met you in Georgetown at the rec center during the flood. It was a pleasure.
