Governor,


   I'm a huge supporter of you and have really been impressed on how you have changed South Carolina but as a law enforcement officer here I've been hearing a ton of rumors about the state taking money from business license, which would mean possible fewer officers on the street due to cutting back on the budget. Its a true fact that some small town governments will have to resort to cutting public safety employees back.


   I guess my question is do you have a plan in place to stop this from happening. Fewer officers mean higher crime.
