mY LANDLORD SOUTHERN TOUCH properties Stuck a note on my door saying me and my family is gonna be served with eviction notice. we put all we had in the bank on monday which was 636.00 for our rent and the rent is 700.00 i sent them a email asking them to bare with me because the banks and streets are closed to flooding . so now they said if we not gone by the 25th the cops with walk us out the house ..we had the money in the bank but when the banks reopened a company that wasnt suppose to take 29.95 out of my account did and then my account was charged a return fee of 35.00  for the 636.00 because some of the money wasnt there . i contacted  the people at southern touch properties on what happen and they still said it didnt matter . we have never had any problems we have paid our rent on time since we moved in may 2015 now this weather and flooding and the company taking money out that wasnt suppose to will be making my family homeless . i begged the people at southern touch properties to work with us but they said they didnt care about any flooding and me and my husband out of work . for 3 days  please HELP US !!!!! PS. i have never ask for much in my life but me and my family dont deserve to be mis treated like this  these people at southern touch propteries are heartless people the man on the phone said to me he doesnt care if me and my family is homeless and could care less about all the people that lost things ...
