Dear Govenor Haley - I have been subjected to harassement, not quite enjoyment of a home that was sold to me under false pretenses.  However due to the fact that the State of South Carolina does not have on it books laws to protect victims of Ensarement, Duplicity, Bunco, Steering the State Senator Karl Allen, Ennis Fant, Real Estate Agent, Insurance Agent, Sarah Fant owner of Unlimited Dimension have caused me and my family undue distress, hostile environment and duress.  Solicitor Sylvia Harrison states that SC does not protect the victims as the laws do not exist.  I guess Bernie Madoff was in the wrong state.  

I am requesting intervention from the foreclosure that was agains Sarah Fant for not paying the monies that I paid for Contract for Deed $14K down payment and monthly payments of $1400 until November 14, 2014 when Judge Simmons, Greenville County Master of Equity stated I was throwing good money after bad.
