Governor,

This law is complete garbage. Taking money away from local breweries that provide jobs for our community. I don't understand why SLED is ramping up to enforce a law that has no business being around. Forcing local companies to use the "big business" distributors takes away from it being a locally owned and operated business. They already pay enough taxes and have enough struggles without the government forcing them to use a distributor if they want to show off their beer at festivals. This law basically will destroy any craft beer festivals in SC for the future. I don't have to tell you how that craft beer is big business and brings big money into our great state. I personally love beer festivals judging from how packed every one I go to is I think people feel the same way. Please change this law. You would be helping your state and local businesses.
