I have been watching the recent events taking place in the state of South Carolina. I think it is absolutely apoling that the state continues to allow such a racist flag to remain  as a symbol represtning the state of South Carolina. As you well know it is within the Governors judical power to remove such a sign of hatred and bigotry. I urge you to use your judical power to issues a declreation to have this flag removed. I was so shocked to find out that in 2015 it still existed in many some states such as yours. It is an affront to what the good people of this country really represent.
