They've been given aid! However, none of these women actually experienced any problems at their place of residents during the floods, nor power outage. My husband had heard this rumor at his office so he addressed this issue with these women. And apparently, the staff for Florence FEMA said they didn't "need" proof of address. These women ( husbands office) explained that people within their friendship change told them to go to the local FEMA because as long as they showed up the money was given. This attitude sure makes me question the donations given to help our fellow SOuth Carolinians! And I thought these women working in my husbands office were nice. I suppose when free money is given out doing "right" doesn't matter. Thank you for trying to help the people actually affected by the flood! Laura
