Richland District 2 was on a two hour delay last week and a one hour delay this week. I am concerned because I work in Lexington County, but live in Richland County. Due to broken roads as a result of the flooding, I had to take my child to school on the delay schedule. Will any leave be forgiven for those of us working parents that are affected by the school delays?
