Please afford me a formal investigation with your full authority to address the attached issues. This is my second request.  Black Businesses Matter

The City of Columbia and SC Community Bank have attacked my Certified Small Minority Business, Carolina Procurement Institute, Inc. a Business Consulting and Logistics firm. 

Carolina Procurement Institute, Inc. is being hammered by them to steal my Headquarters,  Commercial Offices on 1811 & 1815 Gervais St, Columbia, SC which is blocks down the street from your office. 

I voted for you and call now for your intervention to "clean house" and help me get back on track.  I invite you to visit me and my wife who is a Air Force Veteran, Retired after this mess is addressed.

I have exposed core corruption for your intervention and power to cure straight away.  I need swiftness,  fairness and punishment of all those involved to include Linda Barr, who knew of all this insane evil against good and right small business. The banks are stealing and bleeding companies just like mine who pay  taxes to the City, County, Community and to our great state of South Carolina. 

I am an  employer (22 employees) and this mess have threatened my generational wealth.  I have been in business 16 years.  These people lives are in my hands as far as it comes to financial.  I count this an honor from the Lord.  So this, is more than a couple of office buildings.  This is about right, lives and tens of millions of dollars in government contracts.  I have never asked for help before so I take my asking and coming to the Head of our State very seriously.

Please request an immediate investigation and or provide direction to win this battle for me and small black businesses statewide. I am nowhere tired of getting to the bottom of cleaning out this nest of thieves.

Really need your LEADERSHIP and Authority in this critical matter. The banks and these dirty attorneys have attacked my company and our State when they set out to harm any business that pay taxes. They have used the Law of good to do evil.  I want justice and at its fullest extent.  James 4:17, Jer 4:22, Isa 5:20, Deu 19:16-20, Rom 12:9, Rom 13:10, my Constitution.

When Officers of the Law (attorneys) lie to the Court and people in Position do the same it is an affront to God who gave them the honorable station in this life.  I pray your righteous indignation at these crimes and you exercise your good judgment to cure this problem for all businesses.
