I have a court order to expedite the case since the child is an ICPC case an is only 6mths old. Howevere, I have been waiting for a month on a DHEC inspection. I feel that the process is very frustrating. I do not understand why it would take so long for this inspection. I have several friends that are in the same situation. I have tried to contact DHEC and they have been very unhelpful and very rude. I don't understand if the state is so short on foster homes, why are we not doing anything to speed the process up. This is not fair to these children that are waiting for a safe home. In my situation this baby is missing out on bonding time with my family. It is only going to be harder on her. I think that this process needs to be looked at. Please help with my situation as well as others that are very frustrated that they are waiting on this one inspection. Please help these kids. Thank you for your time. wendy cordray 165.166.107.115
