The governor's office should investigate this speed trap.  I was fined $200 for a vague traffic violation in which the officer "did me a favor".  Your office can Google this notorious town of 700 people. 

I'll pay the ticket because it's not worth my time or hassle. I don't believe it was a justified ticket, but I'm definitely not going back to that town again.

For that matter, I probably won't travel by car through South Carolina again.
