We recently moved to Conway, Sc. and had a 1st time had a new home built in this small town. After numerous problems with our contractor and developer on our new home, we have had poor workmanship and have had major issues. 
After a year and a half we have not had these issues resolved so I was going to resort to hire an attorney, but to my dismay, we have been informed by almost every attorney in this area that they will not handle our complaint due to the status of wealth and power of our contractor and developer that they have in this community.
We are very upset that our issues have not been resolved and have no alternative but to request that someone with more pull look into this problem.
I have pictures of poor workmanship and other contractors will not do the work in our development for us, they also are afraid of these people I speculate.  We have been bullied and I've had enough. If you cannot help us we are forced to sell our new home and leave this area.
We have contacted building code enforcement of Horry County and have been denied South Carolina Engineering code standards on our new home.
Please contact me ASAP to help us resolve this corrupt community!!
