Travelers Rest SC 29690 Swampfox1996@gmail.com Dear governors office. I have a small complaint about our road laws. It has nothing to do with obeying them, I'm fine with that. I am a frequent driver and I experienced a scary moment while driving this morning. I nearly hit 2 cyclists on mountain view rd. Near Tigerville rd. because they blended in with the trees. The incident scared me and makes me more and more cautious. I think that the cyclists in the area should go to Swamp Rabbit trail as for joggers too. The lives of many are at stake everyday because of the free will to ride or walk on the road. I believe that if you cannot go 35mph or speed limit, you shouldn't be on the road slowing down traffic. This is just a thought and concern for the lives of many. I'm not fussing or tying to start an argument, I just think there should be some law that restricts cycling and jogging to swamp rabbit or some other trail specified for non-motorist activities. I hope this brings awareness to the minds of lawmakers and governors alike. I hope you all have a blessed day. Thank you. -Jarvis 107.77.233.220
