Using handicapped parking to stay dry on March 19, 2015*****
Continuous use of handicapped parking spaces used in lots around the county by healthy persons.
SC2 uses handicapped parking. I put the wrong date on an earlier email to several lawmakers. March 19, 2015 at 6 PM is when this occurred.
The woman driving the auto with the SC2 plate number ran out of the Publix on N Lake drive and sat in her car on the phone while I searched for a space to try to walk slowly into another business. I was using my cane and terrified of falling again in the pouring rain. I took many photos (will be glad to share) and she then opened her window to flash an old disabled placard with no photo. She claims it had been up but she took it down once she got on the phone. Publix and nearby businesses have footage of her in and outside the store area. I also have very clear photos. I plan to share these with government, police and political parties to get to the bottom of this. Is this the way Nikki Haley now handles her offices? This is a horrible misuse of our tax dollars and the "ETHICS LAWS" our governor so often claims she abides by daily.
