First I want to say I believe governor Haley doing a wonderful job.I went to pay property tax on my rv yesterday and was told that the new computer systems for the dmv won't print out the bills until after January my registration and taxes are due in January yet ill be out of state with my rv,so ill be able to pay my taxes on line for the rv yet I won't have any proof  if I get pulled over by law enforcement,ive always paid in December so I could have my tags before I leave.Im just saying I don't think that's fair, and im  hopeing theirs a solution for people in my situation thank you for your time I realize theres allot more serious problems in the state to handle yet I just wanted to give the state department a heads up on this issue have a blessed new year yours truly spencer rose
