Please stop holding road repair hostage.  I am 59 years old and have lived in S.C. all my life.  I have never witnessed our road system in such a state of disrepair.  We can't keep our vehicles in alignment.  My wife had to have three alignments just last year.  Dodging potholes has become second nature.  i never thought I would ever ask to have my taxes increased but this situation is intolerable.
