Re: Secondary overhead distribution.

To whom it may concern : 
This is a letter of complaint. Duke Power of Greenwood SC. Has installed illegal secondary distribution to my residence @ 1924 McCormick Hwy Greenwood SC. Which is a 253ft branch circuit serving a 200amp structure and 60amp structure. With a utility pole mounted 60amp  meter base. The conductor  has a manufacture date of December 19 2010. It is a Southwire triplex #2awg USE2 90c 150amp conductor before installation &amp multipliers. The conductor is less than 100amps after the installation by Duke Power of Greenwood SC which then energized. The service endangering me &amp violating my rights. The Privacy Act, Storage Act, UL60950-1,Communication Act, Protect America Act, Right to Secure Employment, Security, Underwriter Laws, Consumer Rights and Human rights. NESC is the backbone of this laws. Violation of Signal, Harmonics, EMF'S effect and violates all of the above. As a victim, I can assure you its inhumane. The effects, on my nervous system, immune system and seizures. Are unacceptable. Not to mention Hindering &amp Impairing. Duke Power violations include that of 10 SC Code Regs 103-347, 103-360, 103-361 &amp 103-380. Multicode Greenwood SC 6-2-84 C-, Multicode Greenwood SC Section 6-2-84 . 7 CFR 1724.50 - Compliance with National Electrical Safety Code (NESC).7 CFR 1730.20 - General.7 CFR 1728.204 - Electric standards and specifications for materials and construction.  42 U.S. Code § 1320d-5 - General penalty for failure to comply with requirements and standard. And Robert M. Stewart of Duke Power has violated  28 U.S. Code § 1746 - Unsworn declarations under penalty of perjury. Plus many more laws are in violation. Effecting my Citizenship, Safety &amp Privacy.
