For a senior citizen your info pages are confusing when trying to get assistance.  I have searched for at least 1/2 hour trying to find help to no avail.  I am a 73 yo on a fixed income.  I am lucky as i am continue to live in a home my ex husband and i bought back in 1975.  I have sought help before for a problem of this nature but could not find assistance.  I have a lg tree that has fallen onto another tree next to my home.  I do not have the finances needed to remove this tree and I need help.  Please let me know if there is any help out there for me. 
It's a shame when one lives long enough to reach Senior status it appears no one is concerned with their needs of financial assistance. I am a retierd state employee who was forced to retire because i could not fulfill my job requirements on a full time level therefore my retirement amount is less.  I did not retire on disability but natural Social Security.  I am a proud transplant from Virginia and do not enjoy having to ask for help.   Thank you.
