Subject: Happy Thanksgiving

As we enter into the Holiday season, please take the time to talk to your teams about vigilance. This time of year normally brings a few bad outcomes that could be prevented by attention to detail and following proper procedures. Those instances invariably ruin the holidays for a bunch of folks, inside and outside of this agency.

Warden Bodison at LCI will be implementing some of the random schedule changes from the Institutional Schedule Disruption Index put together by Director Rushton and his committee. I would encourage others to do the same. Some disruptions will be mandatory and will be forthcoming from the Division of Operations.

Despite our bad economic times, we all still have much to be thankful for…..Luanne and I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving.
