During the recent ice storm postal carriers were told that these safety concerns did not apply to United States Postal Service. The organization sent employees out on the street during the actual ice storm dodging falling trees and power lines to deliver mail. I really don't want to see anyone put in harms way again with the recent flooding. Your help is appreciated.
