I actually am not sure who to ask. I just want everyone to be aware in hopes that someone will PLEASE stand up and make a difference. I have not witnessed it but it seems Bennettsville Sc has an animal pound that has severe and deplorable conditions. not to mention that it also seems they may be "gassing" the animals to euthanize which is suppose to be against the law..please please look at the pictures posted on fb ... name is Jessica Reed Kulas ... she is the one that has actually witnessed the neglect. please forward this to whomever can help. no animal should ever be put in that environment and no county should ever ever allow that .
