To whom it may concern,My name is Mrs.Samantha Boatwright. I'm writing on behalf of my husband,Mr.Monty Steven Boatwright Jr. My husband has cirrhosis of the liver and hep.C at this time he is looking at a liver transplant. We had applied and did have medicade for him. We are at this point and have been going to MCG and as we started with his ongoing visits to the Dr. we went to have his medicines filled and was informed that,he no longer has medicade. That they have stopped his benefits. If you could help us find out why he is no longer eligible for his medicade?My husband recieves $1300.00 a month in disability. I stay home with him to be his caregiver. What we would like to know is why can't he get any help from medicade,or some kind of assistance?His Dr.'s at MCG at this point are wanting him to have a liver transplant. His life depends on this!But he has to be on a certain medication for 3 months,before he has the transplant.If there is any kind of information or assistance that you can give us,it would be greatly appericated.
