Thank You Governor Nikki Haley for fighting so hard for us in South Carolina to have a job./ I have one more job for you before you go.I am Gwendolyn Chisolm, a resident of Charleston,SC lived,worked,went to school here.raised my two children and granddaughter here.in addition open my business 1992.stitch&amp;stuff alteration shop in North Charleston.during my career i have done work for the border patrol,johnson&amp;wales university and marine corps.I joined the IATSE local 491 chapter. this letter is to bring your attention to a problem that South Carolina residents are experiencing with other union members(Wilmington) coming into South Carolina. they are obtaining employment whole the South Carolina crew(home crew is without work.is without work on a job in their base area. I need 5 points,and i currently have 4 points. this means that i need 75 days equates to 1 point.the 5 points ensures health insurance and a retirement check for the remainder of my life.i submitted my resume for a position on a production that is getting ready to start filming in  Charleston ( Mr. Mercedes). i hand delivered my resume with a note letting the unit production manager know how badly i needed the job. i also email it two weeks later in December 2016 to the costume supervisor Jane Beck. she replied back January 3,2017 stating that she hired Alice Powell for our seamstress. however the need for additional labor may arise we'll keep you in mind.Alice Powell who is not from  the area. can you help me, a life-long resident of South Carolina, obtain my 1 point, or are you going to let me believe that the state that i have devoted so much of my life to caters to the needs of others before it looks out for its own people?
