Not only is their website not available from outside the US but the SC Governor's website (http://www.governor.sc.gov/ )can't be accessed from outside the US either. Just so you know, the NC Governor's website (http://governor.nc.gov/ ) is easily logged onto from outside the US. You need to invest in a new IT department throughout the state government. Below is the email trail between myself and the MyDORWAY email address. It is now the end of January 2016 and I have never been contacted by your Help Desk regarding this issue as I was told would happen. Furthermore, this issue has still not been resolved. I am currently overseas and unable to logon on to your website. This has been an issue since you established this poorly conceived new website that replaced SC DOR EPAY. I notified you of this on 6 Nov 2015 and still no improvement has been made. It is hard to believe that yours is the only website that I use for all of my business and personal financial accounts that doesn't function outside the US. It's too bad you can't support SC businesses any better than this. I will no longer be making monthly SC Withholding payments as your system is incapable of processing these payments when I am out of the US. You have some serious drawbacks with your new MyDORWAY website that need to be corrected. I travel extensively and am often out of the country when it is time for me to pay my monthly WH-1601 withholding payment. Since 2007, almost every other month I have paid my withholding from outside the US using your previous SC DOR EPAY website https://www3.sctax.org/DOREPAY/ using a credit card for payment with absolutely no problems. Now, I am unable to logon to your new MyDORWAY website https://mydorway.dor.sc.gov/_/ from outside the US. I have tried logging on from 3 different wireless networks in Saudi Arabia and trying a Virtual Private Network (VPN) based in Germany without any success. During this time I have been able to logon to both your SCBOS website https://www.scbos.sc.gov/ and the previous SC DOR EPAY website https://www3.sctax.org/DOREPAY/ with no problem. JOHN P. HALL, JR.
