Dear Gov. Haley:

Please help us complete I-526.  The traffic on and off the island during rush hour is totally gridlocked.  I am concerned if there was a hurricane, we would be stuck.  

The way that the infrastructure bank board has treated Charleston County has been so unfair.  It is so frustrating to see a much need road project held up by South Carolina good ol' boy politics.  The Charleston County taxpayers are going to be the victims of the Board's greedy power games.
