why does the Gov,Haley let the mental health in south Carolina to treat people with depression like crimmals and treat depression patients without hippa rights. And give them little to no help at all. I have to fight depression everyday and have been in the hospital twice. Both times I denied the right to my doctor and my personal info was laid on desk at nurses station for everyone to see. Including drug addicts and someone who stated he wanted to kill someone. Also when I asked to  moved off his hall due to the people he wanted to kill were all women my request was denied and I felt unsafe. My daughter also suffers from depression and was hospital. She like me was under lock and key and placed in room that looked more like a jail than a place that were there to help. And by the way both of came out feeling worst than we went in. We do not do drugs or drink alchol and had to pay for our treatment. The people who in there for drug abuse and was paying for their treatment got more respect and help than I did . I guess what I am trying to say is please look into the mental health system in sc.
