I am not really sure which department i would need to contact about my concerns.  I would like to discuss situations of false accusations in CDV situations and then the impending alimony that is awarded in these cases.  I have 2 men in my family who have found themselves in these type of situations by false accusations from the women they were married to.  in one case, the gentleman is forced to pay $1400 in alimony.  Less than a month after their divorce was final it was found that she was approximately 6 months pregnant with another mans child after stating she was never with any man other than her husband.  She continues to try to file insurance for her OBGYN appointments even though she knows she is no longer covered by this insurance. Not only did she falsely accuse him of CDV, but now she has lied to a judge about her fidelity and is now trying to pass off insurance coverage which should be considered insurance fraud.  Is there a department or someone that we could talk to about the laws in this matter and what we can do in order to have alimony stopped in this type of case?
