Vaughn to serve on Senate Judiciary Committee

GREER -- Newly elected state Sen. Lewis Vaughn will serve on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Vaughn said Tuesday he'd been informed by the clerk of the Senate that he will serve on that committee.

The state Legislature convenes Jan. 9.

Vaughn has a special interest in financial issues, and said he's hoping to be able to serve on some additional committees involving that subject.
